As Lead- Support Delivery, you will be responsible for coordinating the CX projects within DME CX India organization. You will work with Managers and leads across the organization to streamline and report progress on projects. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and according to scope.

The Product Consultant for Adobe Learning Manager (ALM) is part of the Launch Advisory Services team and is responsible for onboarding our customers. The Product Consultant is a key member who is an advisor to our customers. They would be instrumental in understanding customer requirements and working with internal Adobe teams to onboard the customer effectively. Ideally, this person comes with a background in Learning Consulting and has implemented a SAAS-based Learning Management System.
