Google is hiring Administrative Business Partner, Search Platforms

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience working with executives or supporting a team.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience working in direct executive support.
  • Experience with calendar management for international timezones, travel scheduling and booking, and managing events.
  • Ability to adhere to an expectation of complete confidentiality on all business matters
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate across people and job functions.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities.

You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest Google products and services. You also use that knowledge to strategically support your team’s projects. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.

Responsibilities

  • Execute administrative tasks (e.g., calendar management, travel scheduling, expense management, event management).
  • Establish trust and partnership with cross-functional teams and executives.
  • Participate and be part of the organizing committee in Admin community activities within the organization or office site.
  • Maintain confidentiality, and possess a clear understanding of internal systems and policies.
