Job Responsibilities:
- Immigration Management: Handle the processing of work permits and visas for international assignments, focusing on ROW (APAC, EMEA & AMERICAS)
- Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for international assignees, providing guidance and support regarding immigration processes and requirements.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate and up-to-date system for immigration documents and processes. Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, is essential for managing data effectively.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with members of the Global Mobility Management Team to ensure seamless coordination of international assignments.
- Attorney Relationship Management (ARM): Foster positive relationships with external legal counsel and immigration advisors to streamline the immigration process and ensure timely resolution of issues & invoicing.
- Compliance: Stay informed about changes in immigration regulations and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance with local laws.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven 1- 5years of experience in global mobility or immigration management, with a focus on ROW.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Familiarity with immigration processes and regulations for various regions, particularly in managing work permits for the Rest of the World (ROW).
- Fluency in additional languages, particularly those relevant to the regions of focus.
