Redbus is hiring Associate Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overall Primo offering deliverable
  • Own the end to end execution of the “Supplier Improvement Program” charter, that will encompass multiple bus operator and field facing initiative
  • Roll out supplier focused programs pan-India in alignment with the relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure smooth & timely execution by working closely with the supply team and external vendor
  • Define the SOPs, TATs, audit methodologies etc, based on the best practices as well as in alignment with the Supply team
  • Closely work with cross functional teams viz. Product, Tech and marketing to create offerings that will result in consumer preference and choice for the Primo brand
  • Create and cultivate a pipeline of vendors and be the SPOC interface with them

Qualification

  • Prior experience of launching multiple pan-India initiatives in an operational role, working with ground teams, vendors and other HQ based stakeholders
  • Highly execution focused, resourceful, self-motivated and result-oriented individual
  • Comfortable with uncertainty and ability to give method to the madness through a high structured problem solving approach
  • Background in industries such as Ground transportation (ideal), Hospitality, FMCG, Retail, E-Commerce etc.
  • Hand-on field experience of defining franchisee development programs, process blueprints, quality audits, etc

Educational Qualification: M.B.A

Required years of Experience : 2 to 4 Years
