Job Description
Client management:
- Be able to lead the conversations with the client and develop deep
understanding of the nature of work to share new ideas and opportunity
- The candidate is required to bring in consulting expertise and work closely
with the client to identify opportunities for growth and scale the engagement
- Communicate with the clients and understand their business needs
Technical
- Work with large, complex data sets to solve difficult, non-routine analysis
problems, applying advanced analytical methods as needed
- Build data pipelines and dashboards for marketers to self-serve data
needs; enable automated tracking of marketing campaigns
- Harmonize data as required and set models according to the business
logic defined
- Use statistical tools to identify and evaluate the relationships between
data fields, analyze the output and determine the next action
Required Qualifications
- The overall experience of Minimum of 1.6-5.6 years with at least 1 year
of hands-on experience in running analytics projects
- Expert-level proficiency in statistical/ML predictive techniques such as regression
- Expertise in Python plus SQL & advanced analytics/Statistics Techniques
such as general linear models, etc.
- Knowledge of data conversion strategy, capturing data, creating source to target definitions for ETL/ data flow process, data quality, and database management
- Good problem-solving & insight generation skills
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
EDUCATION: B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or related technical degree OR Equivalent
